Insite software, issued by Kodak, is designed to help teamwork between clients and printing houses. It allows job tracking, work monitoring, as well as request for chnges of jobs and parts of them. One of the most interesting capabilities of Insite is the opportunity which it provides to clients for self calculation of prices.
 

1. Access

Access to Insite is through password and user name issued by our personnel upon request. Your user name and password allows you access to your unique profile, containing current and past jobs. The software is accessible through http://insite.poligracombinat.bg or through a link from our web page.

2. File review

The software allows 2 types of job review.

- Book review - job is presented in book view. While turning on the pages, you can revise page positioning or other details.
Do not forget that all pages you see in the software have already passed imposition and RIP. It is possible that this has affected colour or other elements from your job.

- Smart review- job is presented with more detailed information and allows examination of variety of characteristics. Amongst them are bleed, colour, safety lines etc.

3. Approval

Menu allows that pages are approved one by one or selected and approved altogether. You can write a comment for every page, if necessary or mark problem pages which you wish to replace. Approval can be requested from several people - editor, designer, etc. In this case, job will be processed further only upon approval from all of them.
Information for all comments and changes left from you in the software, is automatically mailed to our personnel. No other phone calls or mails are necessary.

This software module is being currently developed by our calculation specialist. Soon real time calculation will be available.
